When you hire a professional at Dungeon Master Direct, you draw on years of experience in storytelling, acting, improv, writing, and conflict resolution. Online, I provide subscriptions and tools that streamline gameplay. In-person, I bring physical props and maps. Also, I have a nice, deep voice. At least I have that going for me.

(Update to include info about ALL of the Pro DMs of DMD) Every Dungeon Master is different, and you should find the one that fits your favored play-style. Personally, I love taking elements from player character backstories and weaving them into the larger narrative to make every quest emotionally impactful. I want to see them grow and change throughout the campaign. I change entire modules to fit the themes and motivations of the party. I bring my non-player characters to life with goals, motivations, backstories, and voices of their own.

We love the quality of the officially published D&D modules. That being said, we have never run a D&D module directly by the book. Every player brings a unique take to a campaign and I always modify the narrative to accommodate what the players find the most exciting. We will remove sections, revamp encounters, splice in other modules, and add in plenty of new NPCs and personal flourishes. We approach each session with future sessions in mind so that we can remain flexible, fresh, and adaptive to player feedback and requests.

Modern technology makes D&D more accessible than ever before. We use a browser-based “virtual table top” known as Roll20 to display maps, character portraits, move tokens, and track combat. We use a video/voice/chat application known as Discord for face-to-face communication with players.

1. Eligibility:
Our return and exchange policy is applicable for purchases made directly from our website within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and any accessories or documentation that came with it.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If the item arrives broken, damaged, or defective in any way, please contact us at hello(at)dungeonmasterdirect.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return label or cover the return shipping costs, and a replacement item will be shipped to you or a full refund will be issued upon receiving the damaged item back. Please do not discard the damaged item until further instructions are provided by our support team.
3. Returns and Exchanges Process:
If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason other than it being damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
(*) Contact our customer support team within the 30-day return window to initiate the return or exchange process. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
(*) Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging or a similar protective material to prevent any damage during transit.
(*) Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
(*) Ship the item to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for an exchange, we will promptly process the request.
If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to the address provided in your return request. In case the requested exchange item is not available, we will reach out to discuss suitable alternatives or process a refund instead.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and hygiene reasons, personalized nature, or other restrictions. These items include but are not limited to [List non-returnable items here]. Returns or exchanges for these items will not be accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility:
Unless the item is damaged or defective, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the item as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.
6. Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us at hello(at)dungeonmasterdirect.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the item has been shipped, our standard return and exchange policy will apply.
